Returns
We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging and labels intact.
Please note that the cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a faulty product or error on our part.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the original item for exchange. Items for exchange must be in their original, unused condition.

Shipping Policy
Terms of delivery
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 5 to 7 working days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the delivery method chosen at the time of ordering. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The rates will be displayed during the order process, before the purchase is finalised.
International delivery
We offer international delivery for most of our products. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
